Before 09:30
Because the opening time of LOTTE Mall is from 09:30am to 10:00pm everyday, we have designed a seperate way for KidZania customers to approach KidZania easier before the Mall's opening time for customers' convenience.
From 09:30 onwards
Customers using Taxi or app-based ride services
Customers using personal Motobike or Car: PleeZ enter at "683 Lac Long Quan, Tay Ho Ward, Hanoi"

The official currency of KidZania
kidZos is the official currency used exclusively within the KidZania "nation".
KidZania helps young citiZens become financially literate and learn to manage currency through making money, budget planning, donating and saving kidZos. Kids can:

📌 Park Guidelines
Also please be aware of the following:
Ticket
📍All parties wishing to enter must be present when tickets for admission are being issued.
📍Children over 10 years old or 120 cm may enter alone with guardian's consent.
Prohibited
📍In-line skates and scooters are prohibited.
📍Outside Food and Drink Not Permitted in Park.
📍Except for baby food and health maintenance food, outside food is prohibited.
📍Pets are prohibited.
Guardians wishing to leave the park
Guardians may leave the park. If you wish to leave the park, pleeZ use the Immigration route.
(PleeZ note that you may leave for a maximum of 20 minutes)
