All-Care KidZania service is a special childcare program that allows children to enter KidZania independently with parental consent and enjoy a wonderful experience under the care of KidZania’s dedicated Zupervisors.
Currently, children aged 10 and above or those taller than 120 cm are allowed to enter KidZania independently in accordance with KidZania’s regulations, without the need for the All-Care service. For children who do not yet meet these requirements, a parent or guardian is required to accompany them throughout their visit. In cases where parents are busy or unable to accompany their child, the All-Care service offers a safe and reliable solution, ensuring children can still fully enjoy their time at KidZania Hanoi.
When using this special childcare service, your child will be cared for by a dedicated KidZania staff member throughout their experience, while parents receive regular photo updates of their child.

The Vietnamese All-Care service was officially launched by KidZania in 2024. In July 2025, KidZania further expanded the program with the introduction of All-Care English service, catering to international guests and children who wish to practice and enhance their English communication skills in a real-world environment.

With the All-Care KidZania package, children can enter independently and freely explore all role-play activities under the guidance of professional Zupervisors, helping them build confidence and settle in quickly. Parents can enjoy complete peace of mind—whether working or relaxing—while their children have a safe, fun, and fulfilling time at KidZania.
The All-Care package offers special experiences, including:
- Dedicated care from experienced Zupervisors, with each Zupervisor taking care of a maximum of four children to ensure close attention for every child.
- A special experience of making Ramen using an automated system and enjoying the delicious, fully topped result—helping children recharge their energy.
- Regular updates and captured memorable moments of your child throughout the experience.
Service price
Effective from January 5, 2026, the All-Care KidZania service is priced for a 4-hour experience.
- Weekday: 450,000 VND
- Weekend/ Holiday: 510,000 VND
The price for the All-Care English service is slightly higher
- Weekday: 550,000 VND
- Weekend/ Holiday: 610,000 VND
In addition, KidZania offers a 1-hour extension for an additional VND 100,000, and a holiday surcharge of VND 200,000 applies on public holidays.
How to book the service?
To ensure appropriate staffing and provide the best possible experience for your child, advance booking is required. The All-Care KidZania service booking process is simple—parents can choose one of the following options:
- Send a direct message to the official KidZania Hanoi fanpage and provide the required information, such as your phone number and preferred service date.
- Call the hotline at 1900 0114 for quick assistance.
After receiving the information, KidZania will forward the request to the All-Care team. The team will then proactively contact parents to confirm the booking, provide detailed consultation, and arrange a Zupervisor to accompany the child on the day of the experience.
