We recently organised a birthday party at KidZania Hanoi on 7 December for 28 kids, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. While this KidZania is smaller than some venues in other countries, it absolutely did not take away from the fun—quite the opposite. The children were fully engaged, excited, and entertained throughout the day. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff and collaborators. They were professional, warm, and incredibly attentive, making sure the kids were well guided and happy at every activity. The organisation and planning were seamless, with clear communication and smooth coordination, which made hosting a large group stress-free. Highly recommended for birthday parties and group events—well run, joyful, and memorable for the kids
