What is KidZania Members’ Council?
The KidZania Members’ Council, also known as the CongreZZ, consists of 10 outstanding young representatives who speak on behalf of children in the land of kool kids. The members are regarded as brand ambassadors and appear in KidZania Hanoi’s official communication materials and advertising campaigns
CongreZZ members are also encouraged to contribute ideas to help create increasingly diverse and meaningful experiences for visitors.
Each term of the KidZania Members’ Council lasts one year, after which a selection process is held to identify new faces for the next term, creating opportunities for more children to participate and have their voices heard.
CongreZZ Selection
Application Process
The KidZania Members’ Council is selected annually for children aged 6 to 12 through two rounds:
- Preliminary Round: Applicants register and submit their applications online.
- Interview Round: Outstanding candidates who pass the preliminary round will participate in an in-person selection session at KidZania Hanoi. Here, the child participants will have the opportunity to introduce their strengths and showcase their talents in the talent performance segment.
At the end of the interview round, the 10 most outstanding candidates will be selected to become members of the KidZania Members’ Council.
Inauguration Ceremony
The Inauguration Ceremony is a meaningful KidZania tradition, held after the completion of the selection rounds. At the ceremony, the new-generation council members are honored to receive their CongreZZ membership cards, officially marking the beginning of a promising new term.
In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, KidZania also expresses its gratitude and bids farewell to the outgoing KidZania Members’ Council, presenting meaningful gifts and heartfelt thanks to the children and their parents for their valuable contributions throughout the past term.
The ceremony also provides an opportunity for CongreZZ members from both generations to interact, connect, and energize the atmosphere with a lively performance set to the Greeting Dance theme music.

Duties
In addition to benefits, becoming KidZania members also brings honor and exciting responsibilities:
- Participate in KidZania Members’ Council meetings and major events.
- Support friends and do not bully others, especially those who are more vulnerable.
- Take part in KidZania Hanoi photo shoots and filming sessions.
- Actively contribute ideas to help develop KidZania’s experience zones.
- Be a good role model at school and in the community.
