How to register for KidZania Hanoi Paid Membership?

The program runs from May 1st to September 30th, 2026. Simply visit KidZania Hanoi at Level 5, Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi to receive detailed advice and quick registration assistance.

Terms and Conditions of Card Use

KidZania Paid Membership is a special group of members, divided into two categories: KidZania Gold Card and Silver Card. Each member category offers special benefits

General regulations

• The card is valid for only one registered child and is non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Each card corresponds to the personal information provided; KidZania reserves the right to refuse service if the card information and the user do not match.
• The card must be presented at the counter when using the service.

Card validity period

The card is valid for the period specified for each type

• Silver Card: Valid for 3 months from the date of activation.
• Gold Card: Valid for 3 months from the date of activation.

Cards cannot be renewed or reserved unless officially notified.

Terms of Use

• Children using the card must fully comply with the rules, safety regulations, and instructions of the playground.
• KidZania reserves the right to refuse service if it detects fraudulent behavior, misuse of the card, or violation of regulations.

Discount & Promotion Policies

• Card benefits cannot be combined with other promotional programs, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Discount and promotional policies may change from time to time. KidZania is responsible for notifying members in advance of any changes to the benefits of their membership tier, at least two weeks before the new offer is applied.

Refund or Cancel Service

General principles

• KidZania Paid Membership is paid, time-limited services offering personalized and exclusive privileges; therefore, refunds are not applicable in most cases after activation.
• Purchasing this membership card signifies that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to the terms of use and refund policy.

Cases eligible for refund

Customers may be considered for a refund in the following special cases:

• System/Issuing unit errors: Payment deducted but card not activated or Incorrect benefits activated compared to the purchased package
• Duplicate transactions: Customer is charged twice for the same card package
• Cancellation request before activation: Applies when the card has not been activated and no benefits have been used

Cases where refunds are not applicable

• The card has been activated and used (even if only a portion of the benefits have been utilized)
• Customers have changed their personal needs
• The benefits have not been fully utilized within the card’s validity period
• Cases of violation of terms of use

Refund Request Deadline

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
• After this period, no requests will be processed.

Lost or Damaged card

• In case of loss or damage, customers must notify KidZania to have card reissued.
• Card reissue may incur a fee as per regulations. The fee for reissuing a card is VND 300,000 per instance. KidZania will only reissue cards in cases of loss or damage with a valid reason, up to a maximum of two times during use

Right to adjust

• KidZania reserves the right to adjust or supplement the terms and conditions of use to ensure service quality and operation.
• Any changes (if any) will be notified to members via email or other official communication channels provided by the customer in this document.

Other

The card is not valid in the following cases: KidZania temporarily suspends operations, is overcrowded/fully booked, or on days the park is closed out of its normal operating schedule.

Is the card transferable?

No. Registered KidZania Paid Membership is non-transferable under any circumstances.
