- Customers using the invitation ticket must comply with the terms and conditions stated on this ticket and KidZania’s regulations.
- The invitation ticket is only valid for entry to KidZania Hanoi and cannot be exchanged for products, food, or beverages inside KidZania Hanoi.
- The invitation ticket is valid for 3-hour experience.
- The invitation ticket can only be used at KidZania within the validity period printed on this ticket.
- Customers are encouraged to book in advance via the website to secure their slot. The invitation ticket can be used directly without a reservation; however, in the event that KidZania Hanoi has reached its full operational capacity, entry may be denied.
- The ticket will be invalid if the printed code is torn, damaged, or cannot be verified.
- Issued invitation tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- KidZania is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged invitation tickets.
- KidZania can amend, supplement, or cancel any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- KidZania Hanoi can refuse any counterfeit, duplicated, damaged, or suspected fraudulent invitation tickets.
- This invitation ticket is eligible for flexible upgrade to an unlimited ticket (full-day experience) and an additional 1-hour experience.
- This invitation ticket is not applicable for flexible upgrade to KidZania’s All-Care Service or Premium Party Booking Service.

Note
- The Entry Ticket is applicable for Adults and Toddlers (aged 2–3).
- Adults and Toddlers are not allowed to participate in the role-play activities in the career experience zones, but may use the designated Neighborhood area.
- Child Tickets cannot be exchanged for Entry Tickets and vice versa.
Voucher
Terms and Conditions
- Customers using the voucher must comply with the terms and conditions stated on the voucher and KidZania’s regulations.
- The voucher is only valid for entry to KidZania Hanoi and cannot be exchanged for goods, food, or beverages inside KidZania Hanoi.
- The voucher is valid for a 3-hour ticket.
- The voucher can be used at KidZania within the validity period stated on the voucher.
- The voucher can only be used to redeem a ticket directly at KidZania ticket counter and will be collected after use.
- The voucher will be invalid if the voucher code is torn, damaged, or cannot be verified.
- Issued vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for other vouchers, and have no cash value.
- KidZania is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
- KidZania can add , modify, or cancel any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- KidZania Hanoi can refuse counterfeit, duplicated, damaged, or suspected fraudulent vouchers (vouchers are not applicable for retail use).
- Child vouchers cannot be exchanged for adult or toddler vouchers, and vice versa.
